Case Study
Wayward Traderz
My own eBay store, run solo from sourcing to shipping
The store
Wayward Traderz is my own eBay operation, run solo. I source liquidation and open-box merchandise, decide what’s worth flipping, price it, and list it across multiple categories, all on my own dime.
What I do
- Source and evaluate liquidation and open-box inventory for real resale margin.
- Write listings that sell: clear titles, honest condition notes, and photos that move product.
- Set pricing strategy across categories and adjust to what the market actually pays.
- Handle the unglamorous part myself: packing, shipping, and customer service.
Why it’s here
Everything I sell as a professional, I practice here first. Wayward Traderz is where I learned marketplace operations by living them, and it’s why the eBay work I did for Open Box Pallet Liquidation came naturally. The best way I know to get good at something is to own the whole thing end to end.
