Bedgear: Paid Media & Email
Lifted Facebook ROAS from 0.3 to 1.5 managing $75K+/month
The challenge
I was hired at Bedgear as a junior paid media planner. About three months in, nearly the whole team left, and I was suddenly running paid media and email from concept to execution for a national brand.
What I did
- Managed $75K+/month across Meta and Google.
- Built the email program in Klaviyo (automated flows plus on-site email capture) and introduced SMS marketing from nothing.
- Ran A/B tests on creative and reported the numbers that mattered (CAC, AOV, ROAS, LTV) to leadership through Looker Studio, Tableau, and Excel.
- Expanded email and social marketing into Canada and Australia.
The results
- Took Facebook ROAS from 0.3 to 1.5.
- Turned a junior seat into ownership of a brand’s marketing across international markets.
- Left with a full-funnel skill set: paid, email, SMS, and the analytics to prove it worked.
